It was mentioned during the meeting that amendments to the current law suggested by the Bill (Reg.№4064) envisage the prohibition on the electricity cut of the military dislocation parts of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, nuclear equipment and radioactive waste objects etc., the register of which is adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, also it concerns maternity houses, reanimations departments of medical institutions, criminal-executive estates etc.
The People´s Deputies emphasized that the Bill does not contradict with the Laws of EU, in particular with the Directive 2003/54/ЄС concerning common rules of inner electricity power market and supplement of electricity power to separate categories of population.
